As Amy Trakinski neared the end of her high school years, she realized she wanted to pursue an education in law. She considered a number of schools before picking Yeshiva University, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in1988. Amy then returned to Binghamton University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in History in 1990.From 1990 to 1992, Amy worked as an appellate lawyer withLegal Aid Society of New York. After that, she worked as an associate at Goodwin Procter and CAMERON, LLP, in New York City before joining the staff at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2002.Since 2002, Amy Trakinski has been a visiting legal fellow at the University of Michigan Law School and an adjunct law professor at the University of Richmond.Amy Trakinski is currently a trial lawyer at Cardozo Law. While she enjoys practicing law, she also has an extensive background in history, having studied at Binghamton University and Ramaz School of Art and Design.Amy is primed for a successful career in law, and her education and experience have sharpened her skills as a lawyer.
