Valentin Bachner currently serves as the Performance and Talent Management Advisor at the Department of Justice Canada | Ministère de la Justice du Canada, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the department’s human resources strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Drawing on over twenty-five years of diverse experience across the private sector, academia, and federal government, Valentin brings a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, organizational design, and leadership development. In his current role, Valentin is responsible for guiding staff through the intricacies of performance management processes, including establishing SMART objectives that foster accountability and continuous improvement.
