Ram has successfully led the introduction of cutting-edge cold-chain solutions, including milk chilling equipment like Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs) and Rapid Chillers, as well as customized thermal power backup systems for cold storage. His leadership in launching charging-based Reefer vehicles—an eco-friendly alternative that eliminates diesel dependency—has significantly enhanced Promethean’s product portfolio. Additionally, Ram has pioneered the company's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) F&V business, leveraging his skills in negotiation and sales management to build robust distribution channels.
