Ralf Julich is a highly experienced legal advisor, project manager, and team leader specializing in technical assistance projects across Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, and beyond. Currently operating as a freelance legal expert and consultant, Ralf leverages his extensive expertise in European law, environmental legislation, administrative law, and legal reform to support governments and institutions in their efforts to align national legislation with EU standards. His role involves providing strategic legal advice, designing and implementing capacity-building initiatives, and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of complex projects.

Since 2017, Ralf has served as the Team Leader and key legal expert in ongoing projects in Ukraine, where he has been instrumental in facilitating legal approximation processes, supporting legal reforms, and conducting targeted training sessions on EU environmental and administrative law.
