Buildr is the AI preconstruction workspace designed for general contractors—construction's first unified, collaborative, AI-powered environment where precon teams and data-backed intelligence work together in harmony. Preconstruction is tougher than ever with tighter timelines, more competition, rising costs, the ongoing labor shortage, and higher expectations put on the GC. And yet, precon teams haven’t evolved to keep up. That’s where Buildr comes in. Buildr unites your team, process, and technology in one AI-powered central hub for preconstruction. Your team will be able to take on more pursuits without adding overhead, catch potential pitfalls before they become costly, and earn a reputation that keeps you first in line for your next project. With unlimited seats, data, and dedicated in-house support, Buildr empowers teams to work together as a unified business engine through estimating, bid leveling, precon project management, client relationship management (CRM), financial forecasting, workforce planning, cost modeling, and more.
