Mavis’s skill set encompasses stakeholder engagement, senior stakeholder management, and project management, which have been vital in fostering cross-functional partnerships and driving operational efficiencies. Her experience with Hyperion and shared services has enabled her to optimize financial systems and processes, supporting GIC’s data-driven decision-making. Additionally, her background in acquisition integration and manufacturing provides her with a comprehensive understanding of complex financial landscapes, positioning her as a key driver of GIC’s strategic growth and financial stability in a competitive global environment.
