Marta Scanavacca is currently enhancing her expertise as a Global Investment Trainee at Robeco, a leading asset management firm renowned for its innovative approach to sustainable investing and active asset management. In her role, Marta actively participates in Robeco’s comprehensive rotational program, gaining hands-on experience across multiple core asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, and Sustainable Investing. This structured exposure allows her to develop a well-rounded understanding of global financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management techniques.

During her first rotation in Sustainable Multi Asset Solutions from November 2022 to March 2023, Marta contributed to the development of integrated investment solutions that align with clients’ sustainability goals. Her work involved analyzing ESG factors, conducting data-driven assessments, and supporting portfolio construction to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Her international experience in Zurich further deepened her understanding of sustainable investing practices, where she collaborated with teams on ESG integration and impact measurement.

Marta’s analytical mindset, combined with her proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Stata, and the Microsoft Office suite, enables her to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
