We prove trade show performance. Badge scanners capture the people who stop to talk. They cannot count everyone else: the visitors who walked your aisle, paused at your perimeter, stood four minutes at a product zone, and left without a scan. That group is the denominator. Without it, a conversion rate is arithmetic you cannot do. We measure the whole booth. Three streams, one report. Traffic Tracker answers where. Passive LiDAR measurement of impressions, onlookers, dwell, zone visits, and zone-to-zone flow. LiDAR does not take a picture. It measures distance. A visitor is a cluster of points, not an image: no face, no device, no opt-in. RE:nvent answers who. Badge capture with NPI match in under one second, transfer-of-value recorded at the point of scan, and survey branching so non-US attendees never generate data you cannot use. Compliance data delivered daily during the show. RE:quest answers what. Interactive engagement that gives attendees a reason to stop, and gives you a record of what they did. One stream is a number. Three streams are a picture. What traffic data does not do: it cannot hand you a name, a company, or an email. It does not know what a visitor said to your rep. Knowing what a system misses matters as much as knowing what it catches. Founded 1997. 200+ events a year across 15+ countries. Compliant HCP data capture at medical congresses since 2016. Same instrument, same definitions, every show, which is what makes a year-over-year number survive the question "compared to what, exactly?" So the debrief starts with numbers, not adjectives.
