Encore Funding is an alternative lending platform built exclusively for the staffing industry. Backed by a Midwest family office, our leadership team brings three generations of lending experience through multiple economic cycles. Collectively, we have allocated more than $30 billion to small businesses, with a history of supporting underfunded entrepreneurs and minority-owned businesses. Encore champions next-level staffing firm growth through payroll funding, back-office technology, and strategic business coaching. We are proud to support businesses that put millions of people to work every day. Encore was built for operators who intend to grow. We move quickly and structure facilities that align with how staffing businesses actually operate, enabling clients to win larger contracts, improve customer mix, and increase enterprise value. Our value creation efforts begin with building trusting relationships with CEO’s and management teams. It’s the foundation on which we generate the best solutions to grow their business. We listen, and then we listen more.
