Kylee Pipgrass

Kylee Pipgrass serves as the Project Director at the University of Kentucky College of Education, within the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion. In this pivotal role, she oversees the organization and implementation of the CMP Bingocize Project, a community-engaged initiative aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles among diverse populations. Her responsibilities encompass coordinating recruitment efforts for certified nursing facility (CNF) sites, managing the hiring and evaluation of project personnel—including graduate assistants—and ensuring the seamless execution of project activities. With a strong background in research support and program evaluation, Kylee leverages her expertise in data management tools such as REDCap and R to facilitate accurate data collection, cleaning, and analysis, which underpin the project's success.

Her role also involves supervising team members, fostering interpersonal communication, and maintaining high standards of customer service to build collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
