Geraud Manhes currently serves as Investment Director and Gérant at BNP Paribas Agility Capital, where he oversees a €735 million fund dedicated to strategic minority investments across Europe. In this role, Geraud leverages his extensive expertise in private equity, mezzanine financing, PIK notes, and Unitranche structures to identify and execute high-impact co-investment opportunities. His responsibilities encompass originating, structuring, and managing investments ranging from €10 million to €50 million, targeting both smid-cap and large-cap companies across diverse sectors. Geraud's deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and credit analysis enables him to assess complex transactions with precision, ensuring alignment with the fund’s strategic objectives.

Prior to his current role, Geraud built a solid foundation in corporate finance and restructuring, managing a wide array of financial transactions including acquisition financings and real estate deals. His experience in restructuring and negotiations on distressed files within the CIB division across the EMEA region has honed his skills in navigating complex negotiations and distressed asset management. Geraud’s expertise spans across sectors such as real estate, industrials, and technology, allowing him to bring a comprehensive perspective to his investment decisions. His proficiency in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and secondary markets further enhances his ability to identify value creation opportunities and mitigate risks. With a proven track record of originating over €150 million in structured financings, Geraud is recognized for his strategic insight, analytical rigor, and ability to execute transactions that generate sustainable growth and value for his investors.
