George Tzakis currently serves as the Program Director at NSW Telco Authority, where he leads the strategic planning and execution of critical telecommunications infrastructure projects that underpin the state’s emergency and community communication networks. With over two decades of extensive experience in telecommunications and infrastructure deployment, George brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex, large-scale programs that span both mobile and fixed wireless networks. His role involves overseeing the Major Projects and Program Delivery components of the Critical Communications Enhancement Program (CCEP), ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
