Farah Wan currently serves as the Packaging Category Controller at Nestlé, where she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic procurement and sustainability initiatives within the company's packaging portfolio. Leveraging her ACCA qualification and extensive expertise in financial analysis, Farah oversees a broad spectrum of activities related to procurement controlling, ensuring optimal financial performance and alignment with Nestlé’s sustainability commitments. Her responsibilities include monitoring MoM and YoY performance metrics, developing accurate price forecasts, and spearheading savings projects that contribute to cost efficiency and value creation across the supply chain.

In her role, Farah actively collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to enhance sourcing flexibility, implement innovative packaging solutions, and advance Nestlé’s net zero and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets. She is deeply involved in projects such as e-auctions, which optimize procurement processes, and Design for Recycling (D4R) initiatives that promote sustainable packaging design. Her analytical prowess and attention to detail enable her to identify key drivers impacting costs and sustainability metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
