The Westchester Black Women’s Political Caucus, Inc., (WBWPC), was founded in 1976. For over 30 years, the WBWPC has played a vital role of promoting the inclusion of African Americans; women in particular, in all phases of the political process in Westchester County. The WBWPC is a five-chapter, multi-partisan, political organization with chapters in Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Peekskill and Yonkers.
