The alumni of the original TGIFridays created by Alan Stillman and Dan Scoggin. A powerhouse restaurant concept in the 60's, 70's, 80's with 240+ scratch menu items (with the summer menu) - with a strict NO 86 policy. Huge cocktail menus; one of the originators of flare bartending. Gigantic volumes and solid management training philosophies including "the 4 wall theory", "people own what they create" and the staff favorite "who's in the weeds?":). This restaurant chain trained thousands of restaurant professionals scattered throughout the industry today.
