Soft Global Group International (SGG International) was founded in 1993 as a Marketing Solutions company based in Curitiba, Brazil. Currently the group has offices in Brazil, United States and Paraguay. SGG International started with its first pillar, Soft Contact Center in 1993. Nowadays we have more than 900 employees and world-class clients such as HSBC, American Express, Volvo and Electrolux. Our Contact Center operational bases are located in Brazil for Portuguese-speaking markets and Paraguay for Spanish-speaking ones. The group also provides Market Research services, through its company called SGG Research Institute. We have developed projects for several leading multinational companies from all over the world. To strengthen our Marketing background and knowledge, in 2014 SGG International established its promotions and events agency. NeoLive Marketing offers specialized services such as corporate events, experiential marketing, direct marketing and point-of-sale solutions.
