Founded in 1993, SGG Contact Center is part of SGG International, a well established marketing and communication group, with other companies such as SoftMarketing - Research Institute, SoftMarketing - Live Marketing and SoftCine Video. In order to fulfill our clients' needs, we have developed over the past 21 years a tailor made experience for our clients, based in three pillars, continuous investments in technology, training and development of our people, our most valuable asset, and high service level. Our headquarter is located in Curitiba, Brazil. It has over 96,000 square feet equipped and 1,000 workstations. Our operation center in Paraguay holds over 500 workstations.
