In 2005, msup originated from Microsoft Chinese Association in Seattle in the form of coach club, we organized the communication activities regularly in Silicon Valley, Seattle, Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, and Shenzhen, to share the Microsoft’s experiences in design and development management, with the purpose to help more software enterprises to cultivate excellent managerial talents. In 2007, msup Co.,Ltd was registered formally, we set up the professional coach team, most of them are the top technical management from the worldwide software companies, for example: Microsoft, IBM, HP, Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Apple, Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Xaio Mi, in Spet.2015, we have cooperation with more than 2,000 coaches(not the registration numbers). After 10 years of development and evolution, based on the principles of “coaching practice, case study, experiences sharing”, msup builds up the unique business concept of “Skill Transfer”. Instead of traditional teaching model, the course development process of MSUP focuses on the “role-making” basing on the key position competent model, which makes MSUP become the pioneering leader in technical development and on-the-job training field.
