Available as single- or two-story structures, the iMod classrooms are steel frame buildings that are earthquake and hurricane/typhoon proof. Our innovative iMod moment frame design enables 40 feet of clear span without requiring any columns or structural walls.

Our high performance buildings are easily and cost-effectively relocated to accommodate a school district's sifting demographics and budget requirements. Our classrooms are also tech-ready, capable of integrating new innovations and digital teaching tools without interruption.

IMS is located on Mare Island in Vallejo, CA, where the company operates its 100,000-square-foot factory.
