G2M International (G2Mi), a Dialogue Marketing company, creates customer relationships between store owners and manufacturers to establish relationships on behalf of manufacturers. G2Mi helps manufacturers sell product more effectively and efficiently to markets that were previously unreachable. Our programs focus on optimizing Small Format Accounts (SFA) routes. The SFAs are necessary from a brand equity standpoint, but not rational from a logistics point-of-view. By servicing every stage in the fulfillment process from pre-sales to post-sales, G2Mi is able to reduce the cost-to-service for these accounts, while increasing sales volume and drop size.
