DSST Public Schools (DSST) is a distinguished network of tuition-free, open-enrollment public charter schools focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education, operating in Denver and Aurora, Colorado. With 16 schools across 8 campuses, DSST serves over 7,000 middle and high school students, with a diverse student body where more than 89% identify as people of color and 69% qualify for free or reduced lunch. Recognized as a leading public school option locally and among the top open-enrollment STEM schools in the United States, DSST is dedicated to eliminating educational inequity and equipping all students for success in the 21st century.
At DSST, we pride ourselves on our exceptional outcomes, with 100% of our graduates gaining acceptance into college or other post-secondary options since our inception. On average, our graduates receive seven college admissions each, showcasing the effectiveness of our educational approach. We are committed to hiring transformational talent, welcoming new graduates, career changers, and experienced educators who are passionate about justice work in education. Notably, a teaching license is not a prerequisite for joining our team, as we have nearly 1,000 positions available across our network.
