About Devmen
We are a 10+ dedicated team of Ruby on Rails developers based in Russia and Ukraine with a 3+ years experience of Ruby on Rails development and 9+ years of generic web development.
We've been working on several browser based MMORPG (carnage.ru, play-me.ru), ERP (MAKS AviaShow), iPhone applications (server side, fam.fm) and various web portals (domowoi.com, smartsourcing.ru).
Highly experienced in high performance. Served up to 20 rails hits per second. We do use memcached, static caching, background queues and other technics to optimize application.
We do use SCRUM agile methodology in our development process. We use Unfuddle (similar to Basecamp) to sync and Skype to communicate. In order to respect our testing policy we use mostly RSpec to cover the code and, sometimes, Selenium.
We are looking for possible partnerships with Ruby development companies. Mostly interested in US related projects.
