Axis Health System

Axis Health System is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1960 that provides healthcare to residents of Southwest Colorado. The agency has nine locations serving residents across five counties: Montezuma, La Plata, Archuleta, Dolores and San Juan. Axis Health System provides the care people need when they need it.
