WorkReady Supported Employment Services WorkReady was established to benefit consumers of the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services by providing supported employment services. It is WorkReady's goal to help disabled consumers become successfully employed within their community. Established in 2007, WorkReady has quickly grown to serve almost every community in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. WorkReady's founder, Daniel Thompson, leads his team of highly qualified staff to work closely with the Texas State DARS office counselors creating success story after success story for DARS office consumers. A dedicated team of Employment Placement Specialists, Employment Development Specialists and a Program Coordinator serve each DARS office with the innovative WorkReady methodology and business philosophy to produce outstanding results every time.
