Supporting Children And Adults With Special Needs Since 1977 Established in 1977, Quality Life Concepts is a private, non-profit agency that is dedicated to providing specialized and individualized services and supports to individuals with developmental needs and their families. We seek to protect the sanctity of home life, and to promote personal independence and choice to the fullest extent possible. Quality Life Concepts is funded in part under an agreement with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.
