At Treehouse, we focus on decluttering client data to uncover the insight and use it to make smart decisions. All too often, the useful data is hidden, and finding the right information from current reports, systems and data structures can be challenging.
We identify relevant raw data, interrogate it, and then set it up in a useable form that is accessible when needed, by the people who need it, to plan, inform and evaluate performance. This turns data into insight that becomes shared knowledge across the business.
Much of the raw data and tools are likely to be in the business already; our approach is to adapt and optimise what clients already have, to uncover and enhance rather than reinvent. We work with clients to bed this shared knowledge into and across the business so that teams can concentrate on activity, not on hunting insight to inform it.
