· Assure that studio is properly maintained, clean, presentable and functional
· See that upper management’s wishes are communicated to staff and are followed through
· Serve as main contact for regular clients
· Send requests for supplies, beverages, protein bars and maintenance needs to Director of Operations
· Manage storage needs for clients and see that stored items remain labeled and organized, and that storage bills are properly paid
· Perform inventories on consumables and supplies
· Manage cash tills
· Streamline everyday functioning (i.e. correcting inventory, creating new systems of organization, etc)
· Communicate client suggestions, complaints, etc to Management
· Make seasonal changes are made to facilitate lower energy consumption
· See that equipment is properly maintained, labeled and stored
