ANT is a revolutionary platform that will facilitate and make users ready for the future of work and provide businesses access to the right talent that has been validated, is credible, and equipped with the skills necessary to be innovative and valuable in the 21st century. The ANT platform will have 3 main features:

1) A learning path: A place where clients(students) can input their ideal or target career and the algorithm will then analyze their current skillsets and experiences to provide them with a recommended path, a combination of projects, online courses, and hackathons/conferences to take them to their target over time.

2) Portfolio Section: A digital resume. To showcase potential employers the work and achievements/milestones and recommendations (from projects done on ANT or elsewhere), this will keep upgrading automatically as the client completes more stuff from their journey.

3) A Project MatchMaker: A unique freelancing hubspot where clients will be given recommendations to projects with real businesses. These will be based on their current skillsets and capabilities and be recommended based on their stage in the learning path, with the goal of making them do more challenging projects (which pay more as well) over time as they increase their skill level with us.

Project ANT aims to provide users an avenue to earn an income and get real-world experience whilst they're also developing they're learning skills to achieve their ideal careers. And at the same time make them increasingly attractive to employers as they'll have a visible portfolio and validated skills and recommendations from projects, completed courses, and other accomplishments conducted on or off the ANT platform.
