First Poké Bar in Paris. What is a Poke ? Hawaii’s favorite food : Poke is healthy, delicious and totally unique. Fresh fish with fruits and vegetables all serve in a bowl on a rice base with a delicious sauce, that's all you need. Started as a foodlab, three months later we open our first restaurant in the heart of Paris. Second restaurant opening in September.
