About Match Fit Performance
Match Fit Performance offers physical therapy, fitness and nutritional services to New Yorkers searching for a truly bespoke wellness experience. The practice, based in Manhattan, designs tailored programs to leave patients healed and protected for the long-term - for those that complete full programs working with Match Fit, the aim is not only to heal, protect outcomes or provide pain relief, but to leave participants stronger, more flexible and more knowledgeable about their bodies; to leave them even better prepared for the physical activities that definte their lives than at their previous physical peak.
Match Fit was founded with a unique perspective. Its therapists, with the highest possible (doctoral) degrees of medical and therapy certifications are also serious athletes. They're also New Yorkers, trained right in the city at NYU. They understand the stresses of city life and have structured their practice's concierge service to meet its demands, providing treatment at Match Fit's state-of-the-art midtown facility alongside in-home or in-office visits with patients, even scheduling visits on the day-of.
