Our Vision:
LIVEmpowered believes every young person is loved and has unique value. Because of the complex struggles they face daily, we provide transformational classes for your people and trainings to equip communities to meet the needs of the next generation, empowering them to make positive choices.
LIVEmpowered desires everyone to know and understand that they are LOVED, VALUED and EMPOWERED to make choices that lead to a life full of purpose and joy.

Our Mission:
LIVEmpowered does this by providing PREVENTION EDUCATION and TRAINING in schools, communities and churches on challenging topics such as: eating disorders, self-harm, addiction, depression, teen pregnancy, body image and more. We believe that poor choices are a direct result of misunderstanding one's value.

Our goal is to equip young people to see that they have something unique and amazing to offer the world and help them access the resources they need while providing safe spaces where each individual can be heard.
