Whether your stresses, depressed, or overeating, I have many years of experience helping people reach their ultimate state of health: physically, emotionally, and mentally. I'm a registered dietitian with over 12 years experience working in nutrition. But my services go far beyond what you should eat. It's rarely just about food- there are many reasons why we eat other than sustenance. We frequently use food to cope with stress, sadness, happiness, celebration... Everyone once in a while this is fine, but when the pounds come on and you feel out of control, habits need to change. This is why I do hypnosis. To retrain your brain to head outside when sad, instead of reaching for ice cream.
