Welcome to Kanda, named after the primary river flowing through Tokyo. We opened this restaurant to provide an authentic Japanese dining experience and to showcase the artistry and diversity of flavors sushi can offer in the hands of a master chef. The Itamae, Chef Mitsu-san, is well known in the area for his creativity and ability to prepare exotic dishes while always remaining true to the art form. Whether you order from the descriptive menu or prefer omakase, placing yourself in the capable hands of Mitsu-san, you can expect an extraordinary culinary adventure. The finest and freshest ingredients are meticulously prepared and elegantly presented in a manner that will please the most discriminating palate and will be a revelation to the uninitiated. Kanda does not offer special rolls or other items found at less authentic sushi bars. We strive to provide only the best traditional faire in an intimate, upscale atmosphere.
