Jump was established in 2008 by Kate Ford and Joss Armitage, who between them have over 30 years’ PR and journalist experience within the broadcast environment.. At the beginning of 2012 marketing expert Victoria Orford joined the team further extending the company's strong PR and marketing skillset and in 2016 Alicia Root who has worked in the industry for several years joined as PR Consultant.
