HR Assessment was founded to offer HR Leaders and Senior Executives a approach to quickly assess the current state of HR, as well as to develop a clear path for developing the function to better support the organizations' strategy and mission. HR – Assessment was founded to serve leaders in organizations in the following areas: -Assessing and developing a plan to link HR practices like performance and talent management, compensation, employee communication and involvement to better support and enable an organizations strategy and mission. -Working with new and current HR leaders to develop a 60/90 day plan for achieving quantifiable results -Working with leadership teams to develop and implement a people strategy that enables an organization’s strategy and mission
