With a tailored curriculum specifically designed for educators and a community of more than 7,000 alumni, my team and I have been at the forefront of coaching in education since 2011. Our purpose is to equip every educator with easy-to-action coaching skills and tools for positive and empowering conversations, so they can have more time to do what they love as an educator. As an organisation, we'll support you in five core ways: ✅ Comprehensive Coaching Courses: We offer Live Online, Self-Paced, and In-Person coaching courses for educators, complemented by a range of free resources. ✅ Accessible Curriculum: We provide a robust yet easily comprehensible curriculum that can be effectively communicated to teachers, students, parents, and even young children. ✅ Train-the-Trainer Model: Our self-sustaining "train-the-trainer" approach provides a cost-effective, long-term solution for integrating coaching into educational settings. Teacher turnover is real! ✅ Flexible Curriculum: Our curriculum can be applied when delivering a lesson, managing a challenging teacher-parent meeting, conducting a performance review, or assisting a student in making decisions. We don't believe in confining coaching to a specific group of individuals or particular contexts. ✅ Global Educator Community: Our community comprises educators from around the world who share a passion for coaching as a fundamental approach to communication, both within and beyond the school environment.
