We use the highest quality mozzarella cheese and produce, and we aim to raise the standards for how a pizza should taste. "Fat Tony" (a.k.a. Anthony) grew up in his father's pizzerias back in New York, where he learned the art of making authentic New York-style Pizza. With his deep roots in great family recipes, he sincerely loves serving up the classic recipes with new school flavor. You will taste the love in the outstanding, hearty flavors of this delicious food!
