Definitive Solutions was established in 1999 to fill a gap in the market for the provision of high quality ICT support and consultancy services to small and medium sized organizations. We provide all the benefits of in-house technical support in a cost effective, dedicated and professional manner. Our personal and flexible approach gives our clients the assurance that we will be there when they need us, and we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients which ensures they can trust and rely on us for impartial advice and customer focused service.
Definitive Solutions has grown considerably since our foundation in 1999 and has forged strong partnership relationship with major vendors such as Microsoft, Dell SonicWALL and Hewlett Packard as well as other leading vendors. In September 2015 we were awarded Dell Premier Partner status specializing in security. We are the only Dell Premier Partner in Ireland with this award which recognizes our expertise in Unified Threat Management (UTM), securing internet connections, malware prevention and SPAM prevention. We directly manage the security of over 300 internet connections using Dell SonicWALL UTM firewalls.
In 2012 we were awarded Microsoft Cloud Partner and Microsoft Silver Midmarket Solution Provider which complemented our existing Microsoft Small Business Specialist status. These Partner awards are recognition of our technical expertise and commitment to ensure that our technical support staff are industry qualified and that their skills are kept up to date. As a company we require that our engineers are Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialists, Microsoft Certified Professionals and SonicWALL Certified Security Administrators (CSSA). We are committed to maintaining and advancing our professional qualifications.
