Additionally, we offer outcome fulfillment services to act on intervention recommendations when our customers do not have the staff to do so.

Cortex serves many parts of the healthcare ecosystem, with a special focus on the post-acute market. Since inception, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies have comprised a large portion of our customer base and utilized our army of over 900 Registered Nurses to perform patient follow-up calls, among other solutions.

Cortex exists to help healthcare professionals become healthcare heroes by achieving consistently positive healthcare outcomes. Our platform will measure, recommend, and intervene to achieve these results—our customers experience higher participation in preferred healthcare networks and a larger share of payer network participation.
