On October 1997, Mr. Efrain Pelaez Jr. established the first Café de France in Mactan Marina Mall. It is a very cozy French Café interiors highlighting wood panels, bread and pastry case display.

A few years of operation, Mr. Pelaez Jr. expanded the concept to a franchise of three Café’s in Cebu.

Now, Café de France has develop its menu includes a variety of French pastries and breakfast light meals. One of its popular options is Croque Monseiur and Steak and Cheese Sandwich with French Onion Dip. The Café menu incorporates also a number of French inspired offerings such as Nicoise Salad, French Onion Soup and Chicken Vol au Vent.
