CSS Limited is a specialist offshore maritime recruitment and placement agency operating from Jersey in the Channel Islands

We provide highly qualified and experienced/specialist permanent, contract and temporary staff to the offshore and maritime industries worldwide.

Our business growth comes from providing quality, which is proven through gaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification in November 2016 and a further two QHSE standards in July 2017; ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

In January 2020 CSS obtained ISO 27001:2013 Certification for Information Security Management. CSS are the only known offshore recruitment agency to obtain all 4 ISO standards, ISO 9001,45001,14001 and 27001.

Our purpose is to place people in their chosen market sectors, through an excellent and responsive service to our candidates and clients, showing integrity at all times, listening to what people want while continually innovating our service.
