Blissful Events

Planning events may seem easy, but it can also be overwhelming. Event planning is my passion, and I will go above and beyond to make your event memorable. Sit back, relax, and allow me to take the weight off of your shoulders. My hands on experience to plan special events began in 2007. I started an administration job at Mid-Sun Community Association, where I helped to organize community events. Two years later I obtained my Events Management Diploma from Bow Valley College. As the years went by my focus was on planning personal events. At the beginning of this year I decided to start a career with my diploma and experience. I expanded from personal, and work events to planning weddings. My first project was planning a destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I helped to plan the entire wedding from start to finish. By collaborating with the bride and groom and offering creative ideas for centrepieces, decorations, favours, signage, themes, etc. we were able to create the wedding of their dreams. November 13, 2012 was an unforgettable memory for the bride and groom. I made sure they had nothing to worry about as I handled the last minute details. All that was left was to enjoy this special day.
