About Array Education
Array Education (formerly Together Education) is a non-profit startup studio. We bring together talent, ideas, and financial resources in service of expanding opportunity through education.
Our mission is to help start enduring, equity-driven, scalable solutions to our most pressing education challenges. By providing support to an interconnected ecosystem of education organizations, we encourage initiatives and leaders to learn faster and have greater impact, together.
We currently operate and support several programs including – Cooperman College Scholars (CCS), a college scholarship program targeting high-potential, underrepresented students from Essex County, NJ; nXu, which provides research-based, transformative, purpose-driven learning experiences for youth and adults through a school-based curriculum, educator training and development, and direct student programming; Lit, a program partnering with Grade K-8 district and charter school systems, non-profit organizations, and educational thought leaders to align mindsets, coaching, and teaching to the science of reading; Opportunity College, a provider of programs to accelerate students into purpose-filled lives that lead to economic freedom; and Teach Like a Champion (TLAC), a program focused on improving teaching by studying effective teachers and sharing what they learn.
