ADMODUS is an owner-managed, independent advisor for mezzanine loans for promising real estate projects of medium-sized project developers.

In this role, we are your strategic equity partner with the claim to maintain sustainable business relationships with you and accompany development projects from the project assessment prior to purchase to project completion and the successful repayment of the mezzanine loans. Based on many years of experience with mezzanine financing, we select promising project proposals in a multi-stage review process developed by ADMODUS and regularly use our own capital for this purpose within the framework of co-investments.

The success of this risk-conscious approach can be readily seen in our track record. The successful cooperation with investors and project developers over many years and project cycles also speaks for the satisfaction of our partners.

To establish the exclusive cooperation for the area of real estate mezzanine investments in Germany and Austria, the company BVT-ADMODUS Mezzanine GmbH & Co KG was founded in 2015, a 50:50 joint venture between ADMODUS and the renowned BVT group. In addition, ADMODUS advises and accompanies institutional investors and family offices from a network that has been carefully cultivated over many years in the structuring and granting of mezzanine loans and, if desired, develops individual risk management strategies for the development of a successful real estate mezzanine portfolio together with you.

We make our long-standing business contacts with family offices and institutional investors available to our partners in a spirit of trust and regularly support project developers in the sourcing of land and projects as well as investors in the early purchase of properties.
