In his role as a Staff Officer and Tactics Specialist, Clarence brings a strategic mindset and operational expertise to the forefront of aviation mission planning and execution. His primary responsibility is serving as the Battalion Commander's trusted advisor on Aviation Mission Survivability (AMS), where he leverages his extensive knowledge to develop, train, and oversee comprehensive AMS programs tailored to the unit’s unique operational requirements. Clarence’s proficiency in flight planning, tactical execution, and military operations ensures that missions are conducted with optimal safety, survivability, and effectiveness.
