Chris Otele currently serves as the Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Advisor at the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH), where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the state’s commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive work environments.
