Softwire exists to help organisations use technology to deliver meaningful outcomes and a positive impact for themselves, their users and the world. We blend world-class data science, systems engineering and digital product and service design with leading-edge AI strategy and delivery to help clients solve today’s problems and anticipate future challenges. And our independent ownership, independent thinking and platform-agnostic independence means that we can deliver bespoke solutions that help each and every client get to where they need to be. Specialising in highly regulated verticals including insurance, energy and the public sector, our small, focused teams of experts develop deep domain understanding to ensure that the solutions we propose are appropriate, effective and safe. Over the past twenty-five years we have delivered transformative long-term projects for leading UK organisations including the BBC, LNER, Zurich UK, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Elexon and a host of government departments. For the last five years we have been recognised by the Financial Times as a leading UK Management Consultancy and in 2026 received awards in five categories including Data Analytics and Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. With offices in London, Cambridge, Manchester, Bucharest and Abu Dhabi we are renowned for our workplace culture and were named ‘Best Large UK Company to Work For’ over two consecutive years, reflecting our commitment to employee wellbeing and a positive work environment.
