Amanda Jayapurna is a talented Assisting Lighting Artist at Raven Software, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling of some of the industry’s most anticipated titles. With a keen eye for mood, atmosphere, and detail, Amanda specializes in creating immersive lighting and compositing that elevate the narrative and gameplay experience. Her current work on projects like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (2024) demonstrates her ability to craft dynamic, realistic environments that resonate with players and enhance the overall aesthetic. Amanda’s expertise extends across look development, where she meticulously fine-tunes lighting setups using industry-standard tools such as Nuke, Autodesk Arnold, and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring each scene aligns with the creative vision.

Her journey at Raven Software began as a Lighting Intern in the summer of 2021, where she quickly demonstrated her proficiency in texturing, shading, and scene composition. Over time, she has expanded her skill set to include Python scripting and Linux-based workflows, enabling her to optimize lighting pipelines and automate repetitive tasks. Amanda’s background in acrylic and watercolor painting, combined with her technical skills in Nuke and Arnold, allows her to approach lighting with both artistic sensitivity and technical precision.
