Alizee Arseguet currently serves as the Head of HR for EMEA Emerging Markets, Retail, and Employee Experience at Dyson, where she leverages her extensive decade-long expertise in Human Resources across Japan, India, and France. In this strategic leadership role, Alizee oversees a diverse and dynamic portfolio that encompasses all revenue-generating functions—including retail, e-commerce, marketing, demand planning, and customer service—as well as critical support functions such as finance, supply chain, communications, and IT, managing a workforce of approximately 1,700 FTEs across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey.
