Recruited an agile v-team, scoped the MVP and aligned on the solution architecture. Successfully onboarded several MVP business partners.• Developed, coached and empowered the team to grow. Implemented various RESTful operations into ClientManagementService, OdataService and HttpSubsystem. Initiated replacing JSON based serializer with Apache Avro binary serializer. Speeded up the serialization/deserialization time by avg 8x for GET, PUT and SEARCH operations.• Implemented a perf tracker to provide critical service telemetries (e.g., CPU, memory, TPS, request time span) in HttpSubsystem.
